(1) The constitutional bench of the Supreme Court will deal with the cases related to the election of the Federal Parliament and the Provincial Assembly as per paragraph-10.
(2) Except for the election of the Federal Parliament and the State Assembly, the High Court of the concerned State shall deal with the proceedings and decision of the case related to the election as per paragraph-10.
(3) Sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 4, sub-section (5) of section 5, sub-section (3) of section 6, sub-section (2) of section 12, sub-section (2) of section 14, sub-section (2) of section 16 Punishment according to sub-section (2), sub-section (2) of section 18, sub-section (3) and (4) of section 20, sub-section (2) of section 21, sub-section (2) of section 22 and sub-section (2) of section 23 Proceedings and rulings of cases related to offenses and the industry, aiding or abetting of such offenses will be decided by the court designated by the Government of Nepal in consultation with the Council of Justice and published in the Nepal Gazette.
